I've never watched HGTV but tv always distorts things, right? I don't think the process is ever the same. There are too many variables. But when God is in control we can trust Him to do it right. It's a growing time, that's for sure!! Definitely a learning patience time and that is never fun for me. I'm always impatient and hate waiting. I am praying for the right house at the right time for you. And in my own thinking I'm saying hurry, hurry while the rates are so low!
